Andrew is a second-generation butcher and has been in the trade for his entire working life.

Providing shoppers with the highest quality and locally-sourced meats, Andrew and his team cater to special orders and offer discounts to regular customers.

“We are traditional butchers,” says Andrew. We dry-age all our steaks and our roasting beef for a minimum of 28 days and make all our own sausages and burgers.”

Andrew is just touching the tip of the iceberg when it comes to his range. With steaks, you can pick up 35-day steaks and T-bones, in addition to chine of beef and roasting joints.

“We’ve had to diversify a little due to the current situation,” continues Andrew, “Creating our fresh meat hampers and offering free delivery – it makes it all worthwhile when we hear the positive reviews and the genuine appreciation from our loyal customers.

Andrew Sykes’ hampers are packed with plenty of fresh local meats, suitable for freezing so that you can ensure you have plenty to incorporate into meals for the coming weeks. Included are items such as minced steak, casserole steak, braising steak, homemade sausages, pork steaks, belly of pork joint, pork loin joint, chicken, topside beef and eggs. Hampers are available in different sizes.
