Get Involved in Our Weekly Little Artisan Market

Every Saturday at Leicester Market, join us for our Little Artisan Market where traders deliver the Leicester public with fresh tastes in Corn Exchange Square.

Running from 10.00am (please note some traders may start earlier) each Saturday, come down and meet independent artisan traders, providing high-quality food from across a variety of cuisines.

PLUS – if you’re an artisan food trader, why not get in touch and get involved in our Little Artisan Market, providing a perfect platform to share your products with the people of Leicester.

Over the course of the coming weeks, we aim to provide shoppers with a range of returning traders and a rotation of newcomers offering something completely different.

Our first Little Artisan Market took place on Saturday 20 April 2019, with four traders offering some delicious dishes.

On offer were a selection of artisan sourdough loaves, in addition to a range of chutneys, jams, marmalades and mustards – all made with 100% natural ingredients.

There was also a selection of hot Indian dishes, with meat, fish and vegetarian options on offer, and a wide selection of vegan Indian savouries – all made to traditional family recipes.

Head down and sample the delights of our food traders every Saturday between 10.00am and 3.00pm.
