Tomas Kotula was born and raised in Poland and emigrated to England with his son Lucasz, who as father and son manage the business.
A key part of the diverse offering at the Food Hall and a rare place in the city centre to purchase Central European foods. Their raw pork is delivered from fresh Poland and reared in the traditional Polish method.

Sherwin’s Cheese Company was established in 1977 and now run by second generation traders Alison and Adam Ireland.
They specialise in artisan British cheeses and offer a range of European cheeses. Their cheese ranges are sourced direct from dairies and as locally as possible. Sherwin’s are also one of the only places in Leicester where you can buy tripe.
