Quality butchers; Frank Lee & Son with over a century of experience going back four generations to 1903, Keith Ashmore in the trade for over 40 years and second generation butcher Andrew Sykes offering 21-day aged steaks and much more. Whilst Tomas Kotula, born and raised in Poland and emigrated to England with his son Lucasz, now as father and son now manage Kotula and Sons Polish Deli offering raw pork is reared in the traditional Polish style, delivered fresh from Poland together with a range of their countries finest produce.

With over 330 years of farming and butchers experience in their family, Country Fayre established business in 1983 offering the finest cheese, meat (including award-winning sausages) and dairy. Sherwin’s Cheese Company have been specialising in high end British cheeses and offering a range of European cheeses for over 40 years.

Stocking everything from “a quail’s egg to a whale’s tail” the fourth generation Trawlerman were reportedly the first to bring fresh fish to Leicester by rail, and still specialising in exotic fish and seafood today alongside Gibsons, a family business priding itself on personal service established in 1975.
